Change of mind
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package and we can arrange an exchange or credit note. Items need to be in their original packaging and unused/unworn. Please note shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense.
Sizing of footwear
Please follow the sizing instructions on our website. If the item arrives and doesn’t fit, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange if the correct size is in stock, or a refund if it is not. Please note shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense.
Faulty items
If the item is faulty, damaged or your order has been incorrectly packed, please contact us ASAP and we will rectify this.
